Whatsapp Business connector down


The Whatsapp Business shows that has an error and the integration stops to receive messages from whatsapp.

Probably this is an issue with you access token.
Are you using the temporary access token or the permanent one?

Note that the temporary token is valid for 24 hours, then you need to refresh it.
If you are using the permanent access token, please check if the token you put in the Whatsapp business app on Tiledesk is correct.

The app crash problem will be fix in the next hours.



I am using the permanent token. I think it is related to the app crash, because sometimes the whatsapp stops working.


All day the whatsapp channel has been very stable. :slight_smile:
