Is there such a function in Tiledesk? I’d like to pass information from my website through the widget to make it available in the info panel to the agent, such as customer id, country/state/etc, maybe some order urls, etc…

I noticed there is a custom attributes for messages but not sure how that shows up in the agent interface, or if it scrolls away with new messages.
