Question: Is there a way to pass custom user info to tiledesk?

Hello,

I wanted to know if it’s possible to pass to Tiledesk custom information about user ? For example an email address .
My need is to be able inside an app if the user is logged to directly have its mail without asking it.

Hi kjy3q0myd,

yes, you can use customAttributes object to pass data from external content into Tiledesk widget as described in this example.

In the next release (now in testing stage) you can use special field to set userFullname and userEmail from external content using the same property (customAttributes).
