Human handoff for External Chatbots

Using an external chatbot, I am in need of a way to make a human handoff. Refering to this article Chatbot to Human handoff - Tiledesk Developer Hub, the only way to make it is hardcoding the user question and answer in the server. Is there a way to do it more dynamically? For example, using the intents list showed in this article Payment App Tutorial - Tiledesk Developer Hub?
