I’m using the Dialogflow connector:
I understood that to switch to humans from a chatbot, I should simply reply with “/agent”.
But the widget keeps the “/agent” in the answer and the user can see it…
This is the reply I send, with no agent handoff occurring:

Hi Alex,
You wrote “Finding you an /agent” on a single line.
But you must write \agent on his own line.
Finding you an agent
\agent
Use the “\” not the “/”.
“\” must be the first character of the line.
Just like in this example ( NOTE: USE SHIFT+RETURN TO ENTER A NEW LINE IN THE DIALOG FLOW REPLY BOX):
