Is there any option on Tiledesk Community’s admin dashboard to activate a form presentation like this?

Yes you must enable the Pre-chat form under Settings > Widget menu

How can we customize the pre-chat form to add the fields that we need and can that data be passed to us via a webhook when a chat starts/ ends?

Hi Nitin,

With the next Widget release (end of September), the pre-chat form component will be customizable,
allowing you to add all the custom fields you need.
