Prechat form App can not proceed

I am following the tutorial here Prechat form App Tutorial - Tiledesk Developer Hub. However after filling in the form at step 2 of the last picture of the tutorial.
The chat box stop and can neither go on to step 3 nor connect to the agent.
even I tried the “live” tutorial mentioned in the document on replit the bot just stop like the picture below.

could anyone tell is it my problem missing something in the tutorial or the conversation embedded app just does not function in the chat.

Hi Thomas,

Now it works.

We fixed the tutorial code. There it was a wrong API endpoint (now it point to the production env).

Anyway, in the upcoming November release the chatbot will support a Visual editor to automatically build this kind of forms without coding.
