Hello Tiledesk Team, I have a RASA chatbot deployed on a platform named Okteto where I could get the rasa server to be available (publicly not privately). I tried using the rasa proxy bridge you provide but when I tested using the chat widget, the bot didn’t respond back. I also used the cloud version of Tiledesk not self-hosted.
Have you followed this Rasa Tutorial 1 - Rasa as external chatbot - Tiledesk Docs ?
By June we natively support RASA Integration through Tiledesk UI.
