Our customers are complaining that the widget is too aggressive and pops up into full chat mode with every page load, even if the chat has been closed (via the X in the top corner). How to prevent this unwanted behaviour?

This issue occur when person has open conversation tab and when he close it and refresh Page then again open chat box gets open. Please do check this
