We’ve been using Tiledesk for a few months with a great experience with the chatbot helping users before handing off to humans.
As of last week, I noticed that our chatbot responses aren’t showing up in the chat widget. This occurs both on our production site and in the “try Tiledesk” widget that I tried at Widget test page
Here’s a screenshot of the conversations side-by-side. When it gets escalated to the agent, they see the chatbot responses, but they aren’t visible in the widget.
Can you please help to resolve this? This is a show-stopping bug for us since it significantly increases our support volume.
