Getting 404 while accessing rest api end point on local premises

Hi team,

Im trying Tiledesk with docker (on premise) with port number 8081 and used end points are v3 / v4 as per the given TILEDESK API documents. But When I try to access http://localhost:8081/api/v3/7537534653475737347 or http://localhost:8081/api/v4/7537534653475737347 Im getting 404 error.

Please help me on this issue.
