Exploring Tiledesk from an Operational Workflow Perspective (Self-hosting, AI Flows & WhatsApp)

Over the last few days I’ve been actively exploring Tiledesk from a conversational workflow and operational automation perspective.

Instead of focusing only on isolated features, I tried understanding how different components work together in realistic communication workflows:

  • Self-hosting setup

  • AI prompts

  • Conversational qualification flows

  • Contextual AI responses

  • WhatsApp continuation

  • Attribute/context handling

  • Operational workflow orchestration
