Is there a way to change the alert sounds in Tiledesk? Looking to modify the alert sound for when there is a new active chat and when a chat is updated with a new conversation. This would be for an on Premise installation. Thanks in Advance!!

yes, it is possible.
You can change sounds by substituting mp3 file into assets/sounds/*.mp3 path with your file having the same names.
In particular:
- interface-start.mp3 file refers to a new unassigned incoming request
- wheep-wheep.mp3 file refers to a new assigned conversations
- pling.mp3 file refers to a conversation updates
