Wordpress: widget not showing

Hi there,
I’ve just installed plugin javascript on my wordpress site (before tag). But widget is not showing. By inspect the code, I see tiledesk code and open the widget by console with “window.Tiledesk(‘open’);”.
So, plugin seems to work correctly but it’s hide.

Hi,
I’ve solved the problem: there was a custom style on iframe tag (within a custom css) with “min-height” modified.
