Hi, I have been using Tiledesk 1.0 and it has suddenly stopped working (customer requests don’t make it through to the dashboard).
Is it still supported?

Tiledesk v1 is deprecated.
We suggest you create a new account on the v2 version (follow the link to the subscription form in the Tiledesk Home Page).
