Reassign a conversation to the chatbot after human

Hi, I’m having problems using whatsapp and telegram as connectors to dialogflow.
After the human operator (the agent) terminates his task with the end-user I want my chatbot to work again for the end-user. I want to reintroduce the chatbot back into the conversation.

Is this possible?

Hi,

yes it’s always possible to reassign a conversation to someone else, teamates and chatbots as well.

During a conversation simply select the three dots menù, on the top right corner of your conversation panel, then click “Reassign”.

Finally choose your chatbot from the teammates list.

Now the chatbbot is in your conversation again.
