Group Chats support

hey guys, since omnichannel support is there, and groupchats exists on most platforms, it would be awesome if we can support group chats as well

Our support chats are all group chats, where multiple users can chat together with bots and end users.
This is evident from the conversation UI, where an agent can invite a colleague to the chat. See image below


Oh that’s intersting, so a team mate dont have to be a support agent?

Lets take a whatsapp scenario where i have. Group chat, i will be one of the participants, but each one of them will be a diffrent user here on tiledesk right?
