Knowledgebase will not index

In Settings > Knowledgebase Beta

For five days the Status has an X and when I click Run Indexing it says Invalid GPT key. I realize the product is beta, but is it totally broken?

I just signed up for a plan and can’t get past the first step. It won’t index the website. My OpenAI account is also paid for, the API key has never been used, and I have tried to generate additional keys.

I think this one’s on your end. I’m stuck
