Is there such a function in Tiledesk? I’d like to pass information from my website through the widget to make it available in the info panel to the agent, such as customer id, country/state/etc, maybe some order urls, etc…

I noticed there is a custom attributes for messages but not sure how that shows up in the agent interface, or if it scrolls away with new messages.

Thanks!

Is this available now? Can I do this via an API?

You can use the “customAttributes” object as described here:

> **[Javascript API: Attributes](https://developer.tiledesk.com/widget/attributes#example-3.-widget-with-custom-attributes)**
