Using an external chatbot, I am in need of a way to make a human handoff. Refering to this article [Chatbot to Human handoff - Tiledesk Developer Hub](https://developer.tiledesk.com/external-chatbot/agent-handoff), the only way to make it is hardcoding the user question and answer in the server. Is there a way to do it more dynamically? For example, using the intents list showed in this article [Payment App Tutorial - Tiledesk Developer Hub](https://developer.tiledesk.com/widget/widget-app-introduction/widget-app-payment)?
