Over the last few days I’ve been actively exploring Tiledesk from a conversational workflow and operational automation perspective.

Instead of focusing only on isolated features, I tried understanding how different components work together in realistic communication workflows:

- Self-hosting setup

- AI prompts

- Conversational qualification flows

- Contextual AI responses

- WhatsApp continuation

- Attribute/context handling

- Operational workflow orchestration

Sharing a couple of short practical explorations which may also help others evaluating or learning Tiledesk:

1. [Self-hosting & platform exploration](https://youtu.be/qE2AiBqSUjw)

2. [AI prompts + WhatsApp continuation workflow exploration](https://youtu.be/4v6llK7DXKQ)

Also explored conversational qualification flows and KB/RAG workflows during the process — will share more explorations gradually.

Really interesting platform to explore from both conversational AI and operational communication workflow perspectives.

Also explored a self-learning workflow scenario where unanswered AI conversations can move through human handoff and later contribute toward future knowledge handling operationally.

Interesting to think about how conversational systems can gradually improve through real support interactions rather than remaining static workflows.

Here’s the short exploration
