# Chatbot widget is just loading

We want to test the Chatbot, but the Widget is just loading forever. Why?

are you using the cloud or the on-premise version?  
If you are using the cloud version please give us your project id otherwise if on-premise please send us your complete logs file

i am not sure which version. a friend just installed it for us and we want to fill the chatbot now.

Hi @bkoenig!

From the url you share with us, i notice that you’re using the on-premise version. So, we need your complete url and the complete log ( please open DevTools of your browser and share the result)
