Hello all, I have a rasa bot connected to Tiledesk. I can use the bot, but only with simple text messages. Pictures, videos, buttons ect. do not work. I have followed the manual [RASA AI Integration](https://gethelp.tiledesk.com/articles/rasa-ai-integration/), but I am not getting the same result. Can anyone help me with this? ### What did I do: In domain.yaml I added a response: ![domain_img](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/free1/uploads/tiledesk/original/1X/174a86b107712e091777adc238535beb21431d8d.png) ```auto utter_tiledesk_message_2: - text: "Welcome to RASA Connector\n\nChoose an option\n* Help Center https://gethelp.tiledesk.com/\n* I want an agent" ``` In rules.yaml I created a new rule: ![rules-img](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/free1/uploads/tiledesk/original/1X/b490b467f8e50f9f7e70b7e862edf373e95cc976.png) I added a new intent and trained a new model. In essence, it works.
