# Attachment Issues

Hello,  
I deployed tiledesk docker version on my local server, but when user sends attachments (image or file), the agents can’t not open it. For images, it keeps displaying a frame as if it is trying to download and view, for file it just point to wrong path and unable to download the file. Please help
